Entry Deadline Time Changes for 2025-26 Season

Far West Masters is adjusting the entry deadline time for races this season to better serve our race administrators and host ski areas.

What's changing
Entry deadlines will now close at 7pm instead of 8pm. The day of the week registration closes remains flexible based on race scheduling and ski area requirements, typically falling on either Tuesday or Wednesday before a race weekend.

Why the change
This adjustment gives our volunteer Masters Race Administrators additional time to compile entry information and coordinate race details with host venues. The extra hour helps ensure smooth race day operations and accurate race order assignments (and helps our volunteers get to bed at a reasonable time, too).

What this means for you
Plan to complete your race entries by 7pm on the specified deadline day. Late entries may not be accepted, as administrators need adequate time to process registrations and communicate with ski areas.

Check individual race announcements and the schedule page on the website for specific deadline dates, as these will continue to vary based on each event's timing and venue requirements.
